However, the Bidder agrees that Clear Out the House is not responsible or liable for any errors, oversights, or misidentification of any item. Once a Bidder has become the winning Bidder, all sales are final.
Bidders are responsible for bringing appropriate help for moving and loading furniture and large items as well as boxes and packing material. Staff is NOT permitted to assist in moving anything. Please be prepared with tools and packing supplies as these items are not provided.
