Clear Out House, Leonard and Joan Horvitz Cleveland Philanthropists Estate Sale Closed (#175833916)

The Bidder acknowledges and accepts the item(s) "as is, where is".  Clear Out the House will note any obvious condition issues and provide a description of each item offered for sale to the best of its abilities.  However, the Bidder agrees that Clear Out the House is not responsible or liable for any errors, oversights, or misidentification, of any item.  Once a Bidder has become the winning Bidder, all sales are final.

Payment: We accept cash, debit and credit cards.  We DO NOT accept personal or business checks and we DO NOT accept coin payments unless payment is under $1.00.  There will be an added 10% buyer's premium to each invoice and a 3% additional fee for card processing.  For invoices under $10.00, there is a flat $5.00 minimum charge for credit cards. Fees may be charged after the invoice is paid when paying with a debit/credit card.  Unpaid invoices will be collected using a credit card on file.  There will be a credit card fee assessed to any unpaid invoice under $10.00, to bring the total to $10.00.  In addition, all disposed items may be subjected to an additional disposal fee.  Disposal fees are at the discretion of Clear Out the House.

Only designated items are available for shipping.  Please read each item description carefully to see if your item qualifies for shipping.  No international shipping.

Shipping Process: If you are a winning Bidder and require shipping, you MUST notify Clear Out the House BEFORE the scheduled pick-up day.  Shipping is invoiced separately after you have paid for your item(s).  Once your item(s) has been paid in full, an invoice for the shipping, insurance, and handling fee will be sent to you via your email on file with Rust Belt.  The email will come from L&L Estate Liquidation & Appraisal Services, LLC, and NOT from Rust Belt.  Once the shipping invoice has been paid, your items will be shipped and you will be sent the tracking information.  Please note we strive to send you the shipping invoice as soon as possible after the pickup date.  However, it may take up to 5-10 business days to process your shipping request.

Shipping Costs:  Shipping is provided either through UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with insurance plus a $10.00 handling fee.  Items will only be held for shipment for 30 days.  If shipping has not been paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, the Bidder forfeits the item(s), and Clear Out the House will resell, donate or discard the item(s) as it deems appropriate.  The Bidder may also be charged a disposal fee of $20.00 per item.
