Our pick up times are firm. If this time is not convenient for you, do not bid or arrange for someone else to pick up your items. Please bring your own packing materials and help for large items.

We do not have access to your credit card “on file” and do not retain payment information for your protection. 

You will be charged a $5.00 transfer fee for paid items to be transferred to our warehouse.  Unpaid items are considered abandoned and your bidding account will be closed.  We will hold paid items for 7 days. Items are considered abandoned after seven days and no refunds will be given. A storage fee may apply for large items if they are held.

To request a shipping quote for your paid items, please contact the auction manager and leave your name and bidder number/screen name. You will receive a PayPal invoice with the shipping cost and $6.00 per carton handling fee.  Items with shipping charges not paid via credit card or PayPal after 7 days will be considered abandoned.
